RAM: Ikora Rey has granted the Owl Sector full use of the Hidden's resources. In the Owl Sector releases, one mentions Petra Venj (The head of the Queen's Guard). Since the items no longer exist on the armory, it could be possible that they were removed because they are being reintroduced with Rise of Iron and are therefore technically "unreleased" at this time. These items still exist in game, mind you, but only for the small number of players that held onto them since September 2014. Even going back to an old post I had on linking directly to their pages says "No items found". Checking out the Armory shows that the Queen's Guard armor has been completely scrubbed from the Armory.
